Nice to meet you! I'm Nooshin, a licensed marriage and family therapist based in California. I am passionate about learning why we feel the things we do, how experiences shape us, and how we push through challenges.
It is completely human to struggle, feel stuck, or want more fulfillment. Sometimes there are identifiable reasons for how we're feeling, and other times, it may not be so clear. Therapy can help. It is a powerful act of self-care and empowerment to take action for our wellbeing whether through therapy or other wellness practices.
What drives my work is the belief that we have the capacity for positive growth and change. To find clarity and meaning. To connect with ourselves and others. To bounce back, move forward, and be resilient. ​

WHY THERAPY?
The brain is our control center. It impacts every process of our body, such as our thoughts, mood, movement, heart rate, blood pressure, and digestion (and that's not all). When we nurture our brain, we directly impact our overall well-being. Therapy is not only beneficial for mental health conditions or challenges but also in reaching our goals, finding greater meaning, changing behaviors, managing life stressors, and enhancing relationships.
